I am deeply frustrated by the appalling customer service I have experienced. Your team repeatedly promised to call back but never did—particularly distressing when dealing with health-related concerns. The compensations department has failed to provide a status update since December 10th, despite numerous calls and emails. Ignoring inquiries shows a blatant disregard for your clients. When I requested to cancel an appointment, your team failed to act, leaving me in the uncomfortable position of being contacted by a professional doctor who treated me as irresponsible—an entirely avoidable situation caused by your procedural flaws. Is this the level of service you promise your clientele? Are there quality audits or accountability mechanisms in place for your European branches? It is clear such processes are either absent or ineffective in Greece. In 2025, customer service practices like these are unacceptable. I urge you to audit your operations, implement proper oversight, and treat your clients with the respect and responsiveness they deserve. Anything less damages your reputation and reflects poor management.
