Ottimo servizio di noleggio. A maggio 2026 abbiamo pagato 160€ per 8 giorni con assicurazione completa per una panda ibrida senza alcun problema. Personale gentile e disponibile. Vi è stata un po’ di disorganizzazione per la restituzione all’aeroporto ma è bastato chiamarli e ci hanno gentilmente detto dove lasciare l’auto.

We had reserved a Group D car, advertised as a modern mid size 5 door saloon. Upon arrival at the airport and waiting 15 minutes for the hostess to arrive, we were offered a very old, worn down, damaged Toyota Corolla 4 doors. We complained at the manager, but he could not offer any alternative within 1 extra hour waiting time. So we spent the whole week in an old car with dirty interior and without any modern media or car connection

Voor de tweede keer een auto gehuurd . Eerste keer voor 3 en nu voor 5 weken. De auto reed erg goed en zag er als nieuw uit. De service heb ik als zeer goed ervaren. Op de luchthaven werden we opgewacht , naar de auto gebracht en de papieren ingevuld. Duurde paar minuten. De dame legde een aantal zaken van de auto uit en we betaalden per bankpas. Kortom volgende keer weer meder door de vriendelijke dame die ons heeft geholpen.

The best experience with renting a car, you don’t have any problems or stress, as it should be on the vacation. They are available at all the times if you have any questions or concerns. No deposit or extra costs. The car is in great condition, there were a few damages on the exterior already which they were aware of. I worried and took many pictures of all the tiny scratches that were on the car as I had bad experience with one worldwide company, but here there was no reason to do that as they weren’t malicious at all. As said, you get what you pay for. I really recommend them, you can’t go wrong with this agency!

Noleggiato per il terzo anno auto con loro. Gentilissimi ti consegnano l’auto anche in aeroporto a Chania con un piccolo sovrapprezzo e ho lasciato l’auto all’aeroporto di Heraklion . Auto con assicurazione completa senza nessuna sorpresa,personale gentilissimo. Si prenota online con prezzo chiaro con pagamento in contanti o con carta all’arrivo e 1-2 giorni prima ti chiedono riconferma. Io personalmente ho pagato sempre in contanti e mi sono trovato sempre e solo bene. Continuerò a fidarmi di questa agenzia locale con uno dei migliori prezzi di noleggio di Creta

Very great rental company! We booked a car in advance and as soon we arrived, we signed up the contract, we paid and we got the car. We had full insurance, no limited kilometres and we did not have to pay a deposit (also a credit card was not necessary). Very uncomplicated best car rental company I ever rented a a car.
