Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was a loyal customer and rented cars several times with zero excess insurance, which doubles the rent price. they always told me it covers everything, and that's why they don't take deposit and don't need to picture or check the car before taking it now, the first time they saw "a scratch" and wanted to charge me for "insurance administration fee," which they never told me about. If I had known, I would never rent a car from them or come back because paying so much money for insurance should cover everything! watch out! and read all the tiny details that they hide from you. they lost me as a customer! also, the representative from the sygrou branch threatened me on the phone after the incident because I didn't want to pay something they had hidden from me. also, if you call an insurance zero excess, how you dare to try asking fee

Great service, convinient location, new cars and very smooth pick up and drop off.

The best Rent A Car 🙂
