A pretty good experience. A couple of recommendations after driving in Crete. 1. Get the insurance package - so many tight roads that it is easy to get scraped on a mirror or a fender. 2. Get a more powerful car than the one you think you need. Our VW Polo struggled mightily on many hills and even stalled out a couple of times. A couple of things with Just Rentals - they were great to meet us at the port and got us going quickly. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire within about an hour and in calling the emergency line their only advice was ‘the tire was in perfect shape when you picked it up - just change it or you’ll have to wait a long time for a tow truck’ so we changed it and were on our way. When I took it to the repair centre in Heraklion a couple of days later the guys there were great though and set us up with a new spare and retorqued the tire. The other odd thing was during drop off where the employee was really unsure whether to let us go because of a scratch on the mirror. It seemed quite minor to me and irrelevant since we had the full insurance - it was resolved pretty quickly but just seemed a little particular given that it wasn’t exactly a brand new car. All in all, it was pretty good. The car got us around and everything worked out as it should have.

Nulla da dire della macchina noleggiata ma sulla loro professionalità hanno peccato. Avevo prenotato la macchina per 11 giorni ma poi per un contrattempo riguardando il volo, nonostante ho avvisato la compagnia Just rental che avrei tardato di 2 giorni, causa sempre volo loro mi hanno risposto che non ci fossero alcun tipo di problema, arrivati lì mi hanno fatto pagare 11 giorni interi. Ho provato a chiedere il perché di questi 2 giorni di cui non ho usufruito e loro mi hanno risposto che loro non potevano fare nulla senza il parere del boss. Quando chiedevo se potessi parlare con il boss mi dicevano che non era possibile. Per questo sono rimasto deluso dalla loro professionalità.

Very hassle free service. Our car performed well, very economical, and ideal for the island for 4 people. Recommend these guys to anyone contemplating a rental in Crete. Other car rental companies could learn from them.
